Development Properties

University Square (Tempe, AZ) 

Triyar, Shea Commercial and 3W companies assembled approximately 3.5 acres in downtown Tempe in April of 2006.  University Square is a proposed 1.2 million square foot mixed-use project featuring Class A office space, retail, and a full-service hotel.  The property is in the early planning and design stages. 

Downtown Scottsdale Assemblage (Scottsdale, AZ)

Triyar has assembled approximately ten acres proximate to the W hotel in Scottsdale for a future mixed-use project.  The project which is in early planning and design stages, may include a second boutique hotel (95,000 square feet), 550,000 square feet of residential, 285,000 square feet of retail and entertainment uses, 150,000 square feet of Class A office space and a five-story parking facility.  Entitlements and approvals are expected to take approximately 12 months with demolition and construction to begin in mid-to-late 2008.  Several national retailers and hotel operators have expressed interest in joining the project. 

Additional Downtown Scottsdale Assemblage (Scottsdale, AZ)

Triyar has assembled approximately five acres of additional land in downtown Scottsdale for future redevelopment.  The site is currently occupied by office, retail, restaurant and hotel uses.

Copper Falls (Buckeye, AZ)

Located on the northwest corner of Southern and Miller Roads in Buckeye, this two-phased, 280-acre community will compliment existing and planned development in this rapidly growing area.  Triyar has sold 640 residential lots to KB Homes and is developing a neighborhood shopping center within Copper Falls anchored by a Fry’s Marketplace supermarket.

Avalon (Buckeye, AZ)

Triyar acquired 250 acres located on Rooks and Broadway Roads in Buckeye in late 2004.  Currently the master-planned community has preliminary plat approval for 930 residential lots.  Final plat engineering is underway.  A two-phase, 1.5-million gallon water tank and booster station are being constructed on the site to accommodate Avalon and the surrounding communities.
