Currently under construction the two-story building on the 4501N Scottsdale Road, which is located on the NEC of Scottsdale Road and Camelback Road will be the new Headquarters for Triyar. Triyar will occupy the second floor while Sprinkles and American Apparel occupy the first floor. Project scheduled for completion is July 2008.
Located at the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Camelback Roads opposite The Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale Renaissance is a 40,000 square foot retail center that was developed in 2002. The original building was razed and a new elegantly-designed center was constructed from the ground up. National credit tenants include; Comerica Bank, AT&T Wireless, Jared’s Jewelers, Radience MedSpa, and Lifetime Fitness.
Presently under development, Legacy Plaza is located at the northeast corner of 24th Street and Baseline Road, in the heart of the South Mountain Village Core. Originally vacant land, this property was purchased in August of 1998 and rezoned to C-2 for development. The Site incorporates 70,000 square feet of pads and over 30,000 square feet of retail space catering to the new subdivisions of the area. Walgreen’s, McDonalds and Bank One anchor the property. Other tenants include Panda Express, Advanced America, Little Caesars Pizza as well as a regional Dentistry. Phase II, 50,000 square feet of additional retail development will be anchored by 24-Hour Fitness.
Located at the southeast and southwest corners of 24th Street and Baseline Road in Phoenix, this 70 + acre mixed-use development consists of 25 acres of commercial and 47 acres of residential land. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. has purchased a parcel within the commercial component and has broken ground. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2008. Leases have been signed with PetSmart, Danny’s Family Car Wash, Verizon Wireless, Chipotle, and others. The commercial portion will encompass approximately 180,000 square feet. Over 280 residential lots are being platted in the City of Phoenix. Triyar is considering building some of the homes and selling the remaining lots to a national homebuilder.
Triyar and Shea Commercial formed a team in 2003 to develop this high-end, two-story 34,000 square foot office-condominium project in the prestigious Ahwatukee Foothills area. The project, called Desert Foothills Professional Plaza, is comprised of office and commercial space.Return to Top
